Hardeep Rai
Hardeep is an influential, persuasive and well connected business management professional with over 20 years of experience in Financial Services. He spent 13 years at Gartmore working closely with the business as it grew its successful Hedge Fund franchise. He then joined a Private Equity firm as Head of Investor Relations followed by a brief stint as Head of Business Development at an Emerging Markets Wealth Manager. He then moved to HB Prime Advantage a growth advisory business, founded by James Caan, which was focused on helping to aggressively grow SME's businesses with a view to preparing them for an Exit. Hardeep was the Director responsible for Client acquisition and Client retention. In his current role, he is Managing Director at Kaleidoscope Investments, a company that is looking to intelligently invest into people with disabilities that have business ideas.
